At Afrosta, we want you to feel confident and proud wearing our jewelry. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:


Return Window


Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returns must be initiated by contacting our support team at info@afrosta.live.


Condition of Items


Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all packaging included.

We cannot accept returns of items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Returns are processed via mail‑in.

Return Costs


Free returns: Afrosta covers the cost of return shipping for customers in South Africa.

Please contact us for a prepaid return label before sending your item back.


Refunds


Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.


Exchanges


If you prefer an exchange (e.g., gold instead of silver), please indicate this when contacting support.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
